Where is the store based?
Metro Manila, Philippines
Which courier are you using to ship out items?
I use PHLPost (local post office) to ship items out internationally. In case they don't ship out to your country, I will be using MyKartero. I ship out once a week to avoid going out too much.
Do packages come with tracking numbers?
Yes, I make sure to use registered mail when shipping items out internationally.
To check the status of your package, you can input your tracking numbers on PHLPost or 17track. Please be reminded that tracking numbers will be reflected after 24-72 business hours once shipped out.
How do I know if my order is confirmed and shipped out?
I will send an order confirmation through email. All updates after confirmation will be coming from the same email thread, so make sure to check it often!

📦 CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
I unfortunately cannot cancel any orders since they are made final upon checkout. Please make sure to double check all information inputted for shipping.
The buyer is responsible for paying any necessary taxes once the package arrives to its country or region of destination.
In the case of receiving a damaged product / an incorrect product, please send me a photo through my shop email. I will try sending a replacement for it.
For the possibility of your package getting sent back to me, please inform me of this occurrence. I will also be sending an email regarding any return-related situations to ensure that you are also informed of it.
